Not Competitive Benchmarking
Pragmata and Fondazione RUI promote the first Italian project on Reception Services Benchmarking (Housekeeping and Restaurant industries).
With this Project we want to find out innovative procedures to better organize and manage "housekeeping" processes, by comparing actual solutions applied in non homogeneous contexts for: purpose, user, size, service deepness.
We will apply "Not Competitive Benchmarking" methodology, i.e. the comparison among different organizations aimed to characterize the most efficient technical and organizational work systems in relation with an increasingly complex context.
Actually the project encompasses 7 organizations, all working in not related industries: University College, NGO focused on Welfare and Care, Childhood School, Hospital, University, International Youth Hostel, Hotel.
We aim to accomplish this project by the end of September 2006 and to present the final report in autumn.
