LSS TRAINING

Each LSS project need, at least, three factors to achieve an exhaustive outcome:

an appropriate commitment by the Management, otherwise the project risks a loss of stake
a straightforward definition of the practical sphere (Process), of the objectives and of the business predicted impact; otherwise the hazard is to incorrectly specify preminent problems to investigate
a complete cross-preparation, as well as a shared approach and a thrust to make sinergy for all people involved, otherwise project can get into operative trouble and experience a loss of trust or motivation

Pragmata's business settled to trigger Continous Improvement encompass all these three matters encouraging:

meetings to share competitive scenery and interventions to promote with the Management focused to set the path to improve business process performances (Time, Costs, Quality)
Analisys of Processes workshops and coaching as well as Methodology application and Projects validation aimed to Managers (Sponsors): the goal is to well identify and give the right priority to improvements projects.
LSS methodology courses (tools and techniques) and one to one coaching addressed to Project Leaders, to assure the best support during the implementation of the tools or the organization of the team work

All the Training activities carried out are equipped with simulations (both per single or in small groups) which let immediatly apply concepts learned.

Statistical techniques are explained in and effective way with the assistance of Minitab© application (or other software available on the market).

A broad resort to Teachback (prospects are asked to explain back concepts) and an emphasize of feedbacks (B's & C's, Parking Lot) aid to assign sessions an active and stimulating role.

Belts have to pass an exame at the end of each Training Session, as well as the Green/Black Belt Certificate at the end of the first two successful projects.
